When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours via TNT. Shipping usually lasts between 48-72h.These delivery times correspond to working days excluding holidays, national, regional or local.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has not left our facilities, please contact us as soon as possible to modify the new shipping address. If the order has been sent and is being managed by the logistics operator, it is not possible to change the shipping address without incurring additional shipping costs.
If you have not been able to change the address using the two options listed, do not hesitate to contact contact us.
Can I return a product?
Yes, NATURLAB has a flexible return policy.
If your product is damaged or defective, you can return it by contacting us by email orders @ natur-lab.es.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
If you have received the order with any or all of the products damaged or in poor condition, you should NOT pay the shipping costs in any case. Likewise, if you request that the same product that was damaged be replaced or even want to change the reference, the management and transport costs will be borne by NATURLAB.
NATURLAB also gives you the option to return or exchange the products, even if you have received them in perfect condition conditions, however, in this case the management and transport costs will be at your expense.
If they don't find me, what happens to my order?
When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond Naturlab and more than 14 have passed business days from the first delivery attempt, the package is returned to our offices. We automatically proceed to refund the total amount of your purchase within a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order, except for the costs incurred by the shipping and return of the package.
