WARRANTY

The priority for NATURLAB is the transparency and satisfaction of our customers. We guarantee the quality of the products delivered and the delivery of them in the terms and conditions detailed below.

All products offered by NATURLAB COSMETICS S.C.P are guaranteed. We promise to replace a new one or make the corresponding payment if any of your products suffers from a manufacturing defect within a period of 14 working days from delivery. In this case, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new or repaired product are borne by NATURLAB COSMETICS S.C.P. In the event that the problem of said product is not under warranty, it will be the consumer who pays the possible additional expenses that arise from said return. ORDERS

In order to place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

The payment of the order can be made with the payment systems that we provide on our website. With credit or debit card or through PayPal

The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price that is indicated in the product at the time of purchase will be the sale price, being the one that is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer being in force.

The indicated prices include VAT, but exclude shipping costs that will be set based on the number of products purchased and shipping address.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address that appears in their personal data form.
